4-Ways Health & Social Care provide quality, affordable care for older people in the community. Maintaining their ethos "dignity and compassion central to care at point of delivery" they offer free consultation and assessment of need by qualified health and social care professionals. The 'client' or designated carer select from a range of services preferred, placing then in control of their care.
Ensuring high standard and consistency in quality, 4-Ways assess and there deemed necessary, re-train staff in skills, irrespective of pre-exisiting experience.
